Every initial and letter earring design you see at Notable Flair is conceptualized and design by me in professional 3D CAD software from scratch. This means our designs are truly exclusive to Notable Flair; you won’t find these exact creations anywhere else. It’s where your custom piece starts its journey, ensuring its distinctive flair.
2. Bringing Form to Life: High-Resolution 3D Printing
It’s time to bring it into the physical world. I print each earring on my high-resolution resin 3D printer. This advanced technology allows for incredibly fine detail, building each piece layer by layer at a remarkable 50 microns – that’s half the thickness of a human hair! The result is a smooth, crisp, and robust base, ready for its unique hand-finishing
3. Infusing Personality: The Art of Color
With the perfect 3D print in hand, the next step is to infuse your chosen personality! Each earring is carefully prepped and then spray-painted with its base color – be it a classic Black, a vibrant Blue, or a lush Green. This step lays the foundation for the unique character of your custom piece, ensuring a smooth, even, and rich color application.
4. The Signature Touch: Hand-Applied Metallic Flair
This is where the magic of Notable Flair truly comes alive! Using delicate tweezers, a fine art brush, and specialized sponges, I meticulously apply the shimmering gold, silver, or rose gold leaf. This isn’t just a coating; it’s a careful process of balancing just the right amount for that elegant, eye-catching shimmer – never too much, as it takes away from the sophistication. This step truly makes each Notable Flair earring subtly unique. It’s a skill refined with practice, ensuring your piece sparkles just right!
5. Enduring Brilliance: Glossy Perfection
To protect your beautiful new earrings and give them that lasting pop, a clear gloss is carefully applied. This final layer not only provides durable protection against wear but also enhances the vibrancy of the colors and adds that signature, captivating sparkle.
