- A: For custom two-letter earrings, choose from Black, Blue, or Green base colours, with Gold, Silver, or Rose Gold metallic leaf finishes. Our single-letter earrings are available in Black with Gold leaf.
- Q: Are there any restrictions on initials?
- A: We can create any two letters from the English alphabet. At this time, we do not offer triple initials.
- Q: Will my hand-finished earrings look exactly like the photos?
- A: Due to the hand-applied nature of the metallic leaf, the exact pattern of the leaf will vary slightly on each earring, adding to its unique charm and ensuring your pair is truly special.

- A: As all custom two-letter initial earrings are made-to-order and hand-finished, please allow 3-15 business days for dispatch. Single-letter earrings are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Q: What are your shipping options and costs?
- A: We ship via AusPost. Shipping is $6.90 for orders below $50 total. We offer free shipping for orders over $50.
