  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges (unless due to our error) are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to their personalized and custom-made nature, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or there is a confirmed production error on our part:

  • Custom Initial Earrings (Two-Letter Initials): These earrings are uniquely designed and hand-finished specifically for your order. We encourage you to double-check your initial selections and customization choices carefully before placing your order.

Eligible for Return or Exchange (Standard Items):

The following items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days, provided they meet the general conditions above:

  • Single Letter Initial Earrings
  • Earring Rack Accessory

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Please contact us at info@notableflair.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos.
  3. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return your item if it meets the eligibility criteria.
  4. Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization, as they may not be processed.

Refunds (for eligible items):

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [e.g., 5-10 business days], depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at info@notableflair.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
