- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges (unless due to our error) are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to their personalized and custom-made nature, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or there is a confirmed production error on our part:
- Custom Initial Earrings (Two-Letter Initials): These earrings are uniquely designed and hand-finished specifically for your order. We encourage you to double-check your initial selections and customization choices carefully before placing your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Please contact us at info@notableflair.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos.
- We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return your item if it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization, as they may not be processed.
Refunds (for eligible items):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [e.g., 5-10 business days], depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at info@notableflair.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
